At Rally Bicycles, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy outlined below.
- Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Process
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@rallybicycles.com within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not return the item without an RMA number.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@rallybicycles.com to arrange the exchange. - Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@rallybicycles.com. We will provide a replacement or refund and cover the cost of return shipping for the damaged or defective item. - Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rallybicycles.com. - Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or damaged.
